- Buyers must email photos of at least two of the following requirements:
- Notice of Operation before the Secretary of Health.
- Autoclave with updated spore test results.
- Studio photos.
- Body piercing brands you currently work with.
Fields to Complete in Writing:
- Name of the studio where you work.
- Web page or social media page for verification.
