1. Is the sale only for studios and piercers?
Yes, wholesale sales are exclusive to professional studios and piercers. If you’re looking for jewelry for personal use, you can use our locator map to find a studio near you that can place an order or has our pieces in stock. This ensures a safe and professional experience!
2. Why don’t you sell directly to customers for personal use?
Our jewelry is specifically designed for body piercings. It requires knowledge from a professional to determine the right gauges, diameters, and/or materials suitable for a successful placement and the longevity of your piercing.
That’s why we highly recommend consulting with your trusted piercer or studio about the jewelry you wish to use. They will provide the best guidance!
3. If I’ve bought from you before, do I need to fill out the registration form?
No need! If you’ve bought from us before, just send us a DM to get direct access to the online catalog (for studios and piercers only).
4. How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Small orders typically take 7 to 10 business days to be ready for shipping. Orders of 15 pieces or more can take 15 to 20 business days, and orders of more than 20 pieces can take up to 30 business days.
5. Does the jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes! We offer a lifetime warranty. If you have a piece that needs attention, please send us a direct message, and we’ll resolve it for you.
6. Why don’t you work with white gold?
We focus on maintaining the quality and biological safety required for body jewelry. Our white gold contains an alloy of palladium, which gives us a natural white tone without the need for rhodium plating. This, in addition to reducing allergic reactions, increases the production cost. For that reason, we can’t maintain it as a permanent color in our catalog. If you’d like a piece in white gold, feel free to send us a DM to discuss it.
7. Do you offer custom jewelry?
Due to high demand, we can’t offer custom jewelry on a permanent basis as we don’t have enough time to make them. Also, we do not replicate or work on designs from other brands. However, if you have a specific idea or project in mind, feel free to send us a direct message to explore the options we can offer!
8. Why aren’t there any set gems in the catalog?
We work exclusively with natural gemstones, and due to this, we cannot guarantee a permanent stock of cuts, colors, or types of stones. Sometimes we can only find one stone of a particular type and can’t find it again. For this reason, we only post these products on our Instagram page, where you can view the available pieces at that moment.
9. Do you work with metals other than gold?
For body piercing jewelry, we focus exclusively on solid gold. We can also work with silver for more conventional jewelry, but at the moment, it’s not part of our regular production.
10. Why 15k gold?
For body jewelry, it is highly recommended to use solid gold of 14k, 18k, or 22k, as these contain a higher percentage of gold in their composition. This helps reduce almost all allergic reactions from other metal alloys and keeps the aesthetic of the jewelry better over time.
We work with 15k gold because it allows us to maintain our jewelry at an appropriate standard for the body, balancing quality with cost, and ensuring our pieces retain their color for a longer period.
